- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I recently adopted two kittens and needed to schedule appointments for their first visit, and knowing that my mom, who also has a few pets, trusts BPAH with her pets, I knew that I could as well. I live about 40 minutes away from the vet, which isn't a problem for me, but is for my two little kittens. The first visit went awesome, Dr. Kelso answered all of the questions that I had (which were a lot). After the visit, my kitty had a little (and as in little, I mean quite large) accident in the carrier. So, I called the vet and asked them If I could bring her back in and clean her up a bit. Without hesitation, they said yes. So I came back in with my poor little kitty, who was head to toe in her own poop, and the lady helped me clean her up so that I could take her home. I love the atmosphere of the BPAH, the art on the walls makes it very colorful and comfortable. They are also very caring when it comes to losing a pet, which is always very nice.July 02, 2017by Devynn Frey
